Refund Policy

Because every Solotherapy report is prepared personally for the person who ordered it, the rules below apply.

Before work begins

If you change your mind before work on your report has started, you can request a full refund by emailing greg@alba-vision.com.

After work has begun

Once the report has been started, refunds are at our discretion. If you are unhappy with the report once delivered, write to us at the same address — we’ll do our best to address what didn’t land.

Errors on our side

If you don’t receive your report, or if it never gets delivered for any reason on our side, you are entitled to a full refund.

How to request

Send an email to greg@alba-vision.com with your order email address and your Stripe receipt. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
