Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Solotherapy collects when you purchase an astro-psychological report, how that data is used, and the choices you have over it.

What we collect

When you place an order, we collect:

• Your name and email address.
• Your birth date, birth time, and birth place — required to build your natal chart.
• The questions you submit alongside your order, so they can be answered inside the report.
• Payment metadata returned by Stripe (transaction ID, amount, currency). Card details are processed by Stripe directly — we never see or store them.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to prepare and deliver your report, to communicate with you about your order, and to fulfil legal and accounting obligations.

Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention

Order records and the data necessary to deliver your report are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to comply with legal retention requirements (typically up to 7 years for accounting records).

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing greg@alba-vision.com.
